Nauvoo, Illinois Temple

The Nauvoo, Illinois temple was desecrated by arson after Mormons fled to the Salt Lake valley in 1848. The temple was rebuilt with an exterior modeled on the original, and reopened in 2002.

It is not an official publication of the Church.
